Children with Special Health Care Needs Resource and Referral Services: To help children with special healthcare needs (CSHCNS) families and providers to find resources in Maryland’s communities and Children's National Health System and to refer them to those services. 

Disability Rights Maryland: To advance the legal rights of people with disabilities.

Dream for Kids DC: To provide life-changing activities that empower children with physical and developmental disabilities to unite with their peers and realize their potential. (They support Virginia, DC, and Maryland families.)

HealthCare Access Maryland: To connect residents to insurance and care, educate the community about healthier living, and advocate for a more equitable health care system.

Infants & Toddlers Program: To provide early intervention services for young children with developmental delays and disabilities— and their families.

Jill Fox Memorial Fund: To help meet ordinary and extraordinary healthcare needs.

Office of Special Education Services: To provide services for students with disabilities from birth through 21.

Rare & Expensive Case Management Program (REM) of MD: To provide a case managed fee for service alternative to HealthChoice Managed Care Organization (MCO) participation for recipients with specified rare and expensive conditions.

The Parents’ Place of Maryland: To help Maryland families with Special Needs through workshops, resources, and partnerships. Tiene informacion en espanol.
