Christina kindly offered to share reflections on being a caregiver to her beautiful children, one of whom has a complex medical condition. Her 8 -month old son has been in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) since birth. Christina, along with Eliana's Light, hopes her story helps show the tremendous need these families have for a holistic approach to care that takes into account the body, mind, and spirit. Together, we hope to bring more support to families with children who have complex medical conditions. Eliana's Light recognizes and raises awareness on the needs these families have, and does everything possible to bring them support in collaboration with a constellation of caregivers in our community.
